The hotel sits just off the A259, the coast road from Hastings to Folkestone. The local train and bus station is a short walk away, with regular services to Ashford International (around 20 minutes) and on to London St Pancras. Taxis are usually available outside the station during the day — Uber doesn't operate in this area, so plan ahead in the evenings.
There's a large car park behind the hotel, free for guests for the duration of their stay, with additional spaces in the adjacent quayside car park.
