We have superior garden rooms with private patio for double occupancy, these are also disabled friendly. All our superior rooms have a river view and we offer standard double, twin or family rooms.

We are a 22 bedroom hotel in Rye in a beautiful position next to the river Tillingham.
Well stocked bar open daily from 12pm.
Delicious breakfast served to residents and non-residents 7.00am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am - 10:30am at the weekends.

All our prices are “per room” and include a breakfast of your choice.
All our rooms have flat screen Tv’s with freeview, hospitality trays and hairdryers.
We can offer a family room for two adults and two children at a small extra charge. If you require a travel cot please just ask.
Our cancellation policy is a 50% charge unless cancelled 24 hours prior to your stay or at the discretion of the hotel management.
Small well-behaved dogs welcome in ground floor standard rooms at a supplement of £10. Please advise on booking of your intention to bring a dog. Regrettably we do not allow pets in Garden rooms or Double Superior rooms.
Disabled Access
The front entrance is approached from the car park either via steps or ramp. The front door has wheelchair access without a threshold. Reception can be accessed via a hatch.
Internally rooms are approached on the ground floor by ramp and the first and second floor by stairs. Rooms 1 & 2 have some disabled facilities and also a patio area that is accessible to wheelchairs.
Location
The centre of this medieval town is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Rye has a variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants together with such features as the Landgate Tower built in 1325 as a defence against the French. Virtually the whole of the citadel area is a conservation area and includes churches, the Town Hall and a myriad of buildings of historical interest.
The Hotel is situated on the main A259 trunk road from channel ports. We are a short walk from the local train and bus station. Taxis are normally available at the train station during the day. Contact numbers for local taxis are available on request. Please note we have no Uber in this area.
Accommodation parking is from the A259 to the parking area in front of the premises that provides ample parking for each room. Additional parking is provided in the adjacent carpark.
